  FUNDING FOR LOCAL SCHOOLS   The Member for Coffs Harbour, Andrew Fraser, advised today that a number of local schools are to receive funding for upgrades.   “The NSW Liberal & Nationals Government is committed to upgrading school facilities across the State,” Mr Fraser said.   Five local schools will receive Capital Works funding as part of the Liberal & Nationals Government’s 2013-14 Budget.   $521,324 TO HELP LOCAL COUNCILS REDUCE WASTE AND IMPROVE THEIR LOCAL ENVIRONMENTS   The Member for Coffs Harbour, Andrew Fraser, today announced that Coffs Harbour City Council and Bellingen Shire Council will receive a total of $521,324 from the NSW Government to help them increase resource recovery, tackle waste and improve their local environment.
